SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Veterans for Pharma, LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping, delivery, and pallet exchange for orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Order Placement:

  • Email orders to: info@VeteransForPharma.com

  • Order deadline: 12:00 PM EST for next-day delivery

  • Order confirmation and invoices will be sent via email

Minimum Order and Shipping Costs:

  • Prepaid freight minimum order: $1,500

  • Orders below $1,500: $100 shipping fee

  • Drop ship addresses: $100 shipping fee per address

​

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after placement, unless otherwise stated b. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional events

​

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • Various shipping methods are available, including standard and expedited options

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method

​

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed due to potential external factors

  • Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment

  • Shipments are made Monday through Friday via our dedicated truck service

International Shipping:

  • Available to select countries

  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the recipient's responsibility

​

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking information provided via email after shipment

  • Track orders using the provided number or by logging into your account

​

Shipping Address:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the provided shipping address

​​

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • Possible within 24 hours of order placement

​

Missing or Damaged Items:

  • Report any overages, shortages, or damages within 8 hours of delivery

  • Contact your Customer Service Representative for assistance

Backorders:

  • As a standard policy, we do not place backorders unless your Customer Sales Representative has advised otherwise

  • For special arrangements, contact your Customer Service Representative

​

Payment Terms:

  • 1% discount if paid within 5 days; Net 30

​

Pallet Exchange Program:

  • Applicable to deliveries made by Veterans for Pharma trucks and customer pickup

 

Exchange Process: 

  • For deliveries: Customers are required to exchange an equal number of good condition pallets upon delivery

  • For pickups: Customers must provide an equal number of pallets when collecting their order

 

Charges:

  • A $10.00 per pallet fee will be charged for non-exchanged pallets d. COD and Common Carrier

 

Deliveries:

  • Special arrangements will be made for COD accounts and common carrier deliveries 

  • For COD orders, customers will be contacted in advance to determine pallet exchange capability

 

No Informal Arrangements:

  • No unofficial agreements between drivers and customers regarding future pallet exchanges are permitted

 

Special Considerations:

  • Pick-up customers are also subject to the pallet exchange program

  • COD accounts and common carrier deliveries may require additional coordination for pallet exchange
