RETURNS POLICY

At Veterans for Pharma, LLC, we are committed to meeting the needs of our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may require you to return a product. This policy has been developed to provide clear guidelines for our return process.

Stock Items: a. Eligibility:

  • Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for credit.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned stock items.

 

Late Returns:

  • Returns requested after 30 days require management approval.

  • Late returns may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Non-Stock Items:

Identification: Non-returnable items are labeled as "NON-STOCK-NO RETURN" on your order confirmation.

 

Exceptions:

  • Returns of these items require management approval.

  • If approved, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Direct Ship Items: a. Approval Process:

  • Returns must be verified with the vendor before approval.

Additional Fees:

  • Subject to management approval.

  • May incur a restocking fee as determined by the vendor.

  • Possible additional shipping fees may apply.

General Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  • Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping any items back.

Refunds and Credits:

  • Approved returns will be processed as a credit to your account.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable fees.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Report any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of receipt.

  • These items may be eligible for replacement or refund without additional fees.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or specially ordered items are generally non-returnable.

  • Certain product categories may have specific return restrictions.

Veterans for Pharma, LLC reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the current policy before making a purchase.
