This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for requesting refunds for products purchased through our website, including the application of a 20% restocking fee. Eligibility for Refunds: a. Refunds are available for products purchased directly from our website within 5 days from the date of delivery. b. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process: a. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including the reason for the refund request. b. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. c. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Refund Options:

 

If your refund request is approved, we offer the following options:

  • Refund to the original payment method: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.​

 

Non-Refundable Items: a. Certain items are not eligible for refunds. These include:

  • Personalized or customized items that cannot be resold.

  • Gift cards or e-gift cards.

 

Return Shipping: a. If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item(s) received were damaged or incorrect. b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe and timely delivery of the item(s).

Damaged or Incorrect Items: a. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Exchange Policy: a. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend following the return process for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
