Returns Policy

At Veterans for Pharma, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products, accurate order fulfillment, and dependable service to our customers. Due to the nature of the products we distribute, supply-chain requirements, manufacturer restrictions, health and safety considerations, and product integrity requirements, all sales are final.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Veterans for Pharma, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by Veterans for Pharma, LLC before purchase, all products are sold on a FINAL SALE basis.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Stock items

  • Medical and laboratory supplies

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, quantities, sizes, compatibility, pricing, shipping information, and other order details before placing or approving an order.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Veterans for Pharma, LLC will not accept a return or exchange because of:

  • Customer ordering error

  • Incorrect quantity ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Product no longer being needed

  • Duplicate orders submitted by the customer

  • Incorrect size, specification, or product selected by the customer

  • Customer preference

Products returned to Veterans for Pharma, LLC without prior written authorization may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders should be considered final once submitted and accepted by Veterans for Pharma, LLC.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be denied if the order has already entered processing, procurement, production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Special-order, custom, private-label, non-stock, and direct-ship orders cannot be canceled once procurement or production has begun.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

The All Sales Final policy does not prevent customers from reporting products that arrive damaged, are materially defective, or were shipped incorrectly due to an error by Veterans for Pharma, LLC or its fulfillment partners.

Customers must inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt.

Claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be submitted to Veterans for Pharma, LLC within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer should provide:

  • Order or purchase order number

  • Product name and item number

  • Quantity affected

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping carton, and shipping label, when applicable

  • Any additional documentation reasonably requested to evaluate the claim

Veterans for Pharma, LLC will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may result in a replacement, account credit, refund, or other remedy at the discretion of Veterans for Pharma, LLC and subject to applicable law and manufacturer or vendor requirements.

Customers should not discard damaged products, packaging, cartons, or shipping materials until instructed to do so.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Visible shipping damage should be documented immediately upon delivery whenever possible. Customers should photograph the condition of the shipment and retain all original packaging.

Failure to report shipping damage within the required claim period may affect our ability to pursue a claim with the carrier or supplier and may result in the claim being denied.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranty claims are separate from Veterans for Pharma, LLC's return policy and may be subject to the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Where applicable, Veterans for Pharma, LLC may provide reasonable assistance in directing the customer to the appropriate manufacturer or supplier.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Refusing delivery does not constitute an authorized return or cancellation.

Customers may remain responsible for the full purchase price and any shipping, handling, storage, carrier, vendor, or redelivery charges associated with refused or undeliverable shipments when the refusal or delivery failure is not caused by Veterans for Pharma, LLC.

EXCEPTIONS

Any exception to this policy must be expressly approved in writing by authorized management of Veterans for Pharma, LLC.

Approval of an exception in one instance does not create an obligation to approve future returns, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.

POLICY CHANGES

Veterans for Pharma, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The policy applicable to a transaction will be the policy in effect at the time the applicable order is placed, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
