Returns Policy

At Veterans for Pharma, LLC, we are committed to meeting the needs of our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may require you to return a product. This policy has been developed to provide clear guidelines for our return process.

Stock Items: a. Eligibility:

Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for credit.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

Restocking Fee:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned stock items.

 

Late Returns:

Returns requested after 30 days require management approval.

Late returns may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Non-Stock Items:

Identification: Non-returnable items are labeled as "NON-STOCK-NO RETURN" on your order confirmation.

 

Exceptions:

Returns of these items require management approval.

If approved, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Direct Ship Items: a. Approval Process:

Returns must be verified with the vendor before approval.

Additional Fees:

Subject to management approval.

May incur a restocking fee as determined by the vendor.

Possible additional shipping fees may apply.

General Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping any items back.

Refunds and Credits:

Approved returns will be processed as a credit to your account.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable fees.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Report any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of receipt.

These items may be eligible for replacement or refund without additional fees.

Exceptions:

Custom or specially ordered items are generally non-returnable.

Certain product categories may have specific return restrictions.
